Payment and shipping
For the payment total, add the cost of the bear and the cost of any customizing. Shipping is free and includes shipping insurance for the value of the bear. All prices listed are in US dollars.

Paypal is the preferred method of payment, but checks and money orders are also accepted. Checks will be held for ten days before shipping the bear. Otherwise the bear will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving payment.

I want you to be completely delighted with your bear. If for any reason you are not, I will gladly refund the full purchase price of the bear when you return it in new condition within ten days of receiving it. When you receive your bear please open it right away. If you wish to return it, let me know, so that I can prepare to refund your money.
